It is man who makes and looks after wine, it is man who plants and tends to the vineyards. Without man, wine would never have existed. It is a human creation dating back to ancient times when for the first time man discovered, by chance, grape fermentation and began to cultivate grapes and produce wine. Wine is the work of man that requires multiple and applicable knowledge.
